The service I received today from this woman with an Arabic accent was not just worthless but very very rude. She simply would not let me explain or talk and She hung up in the middle of the call saying she cannot advice and that was completely unprofessional. I have called the chiswick CAB in the past and had been very useful. Today's experience completely put me off. If people cannot be polite, let alone the help, to people calling in distress, they should not be working in such jobs.
