Citizens Advice is ok, but their information is behind the times (avoid their 'leaflet' information) and quite often run by volunteers. I know from first-hand experience in terms of 'employment law', that the information provided by my local Citizens Advice is very inaccurate or dated. Personally, even though I could not afford to hire a solicitor or lawyer, I found that researching this subject matter through an online search website, much more accurate and you can find out your rights are and how to go about what action needs to be taken.

Never answer the phone, leave voicemail and wait days for a call back or never get one and when you do it cuts off and they don't call back.
