On hold for an hour, then checked online and you're closed on Wednesdays. Why keep me on hold telling me someone will be with me shortly and thanking me for holding, if there's no one to speak to?? Surely you should have a message saying the office is closed and cut me off!! What a waste of my time and minutes!! Just a reflection of the councils incomptence.
