Unfriendly. First appointment the guy just stared at me like I was an alien. There is an absolute lack of privacy. So when you're discussing private matters you have to stand there with everyone listening even though they have private rooms they can speak to people in. I'm also at a loss as to what they actually help people with. They have specific knowledge on nothing and generalised knowledge on very little.
