He gave me a full breakdown of what he would do and provided an instantaneous quote. Arrived on time and finished work quicker than expected. Citizen have been great from the moment of initial quote from Adam to measurement by Clive to installation yesterday from two lads and there lovely van guard dog Ralph. Communication from start to finish has been excellent and my new windows look fantastic. I've noticed significant benefits already and my home is now much warmer. The installation team cleaned up after themselves and left my garden looking nicer than they found it which was a bonus - would highly recommend and use them again.

The quote was good, customer service brilliant, arrived on time each day, care and consideration of my home (and my cat) was excellent including covering carpets, furniture etc and left the work areas spotlessly clean, and the finished windows are excellent.
