Took me 30mins to travel here. No other balloon shops in the area, tried phoning their main line and mob line to double check they are open. I tried phoning earlier in the week as well. Google says they are open - shop is closed and now I have no way of getting balloons for a birthday tonight. At least answer your phone to let people know.

The balloons lasted about 6/7 hrs instead of the promised 12, but the worst part is the owner is so miserable every single time I shopped there she never made me feel happy to buy from her, the service feels rushed when you try selecting colours she really does t care what goes together just buy and leave kind of service if you can call it that. The only reason I go there is because she is local.

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered balloons yesterday afternoon for todays morning birthday party, and they already fell down by the time of the event. I was never notified that they only last 12 hours but to be honest they only lasted about 6-7… when I was calling to resolve the issue the manager didn’t want to help much, kept saying they will call back but never did so I had to call back 5 times. Never gave a refund and offered to pay for delivery for replacement which was ready too late. Avoid at all cost, very expensive for such a terrible product and service.

Bought 3 “up” balloons and 5 mins later 2 popped before we even entered through our door. It was a very hot day and they’d been filled very full. Thinking there was no room for expansion. The assistant should have known that. I had to deal with a very upset birthday girl.

5* party shop. Has lots of variety. Every type of balloon you could wish for. Party costumes also. The staff were lovely and polite. The standard helium balloons were £3.50, which I thought was a competitive price.
