We visited the paediatric A&E on the 13th May after my 3 Yr old granddaughter had a fall and broke her elbow. She was taken through immediately and looked after by a nurse called Lucy and a student nurse who was with her, they were so lovely, showed great care to my little granddaughter who was extremely distressed and in pain, she received fantastic care from all involved.

Excellent service at Oldham A&E. From attending at reception, and being greeted by a very understanding receptionist, to the excellent care, thoughtfulness, attention and understanding from all the nurses and doctors throughout the department. Not being with a family member, and the patient requiring a place of safety, confidentiality, protection issues and multi-agency support, the staff were very well informed, supportive and excelled at their knowledge and work. Two young female nurses deserve a special mention for their care of the person involved, and their kind support of the witness and myself. I wish I had got their names to write personally thanking them, and to tell management they should be very proud of their staff.

Outstanding care and professionalism 💕💕💕 I was really ill and recently rushed to hospital in an ambulance. I ended up staying in there for 5 days. I have no words to express my deep gratitude and thanks to both the entire A&E Team & The Acute Care Teams. Their professionalism, care, knowledge, kindness, generosity and human touch were amazing. They always went well above and beyond in their roles to look after me. Thank you so much to you all - you really make such a huge difference in every and each patient every single day . Attended Urgent Treatment Service department on Friday 12th May. Was in for a total of 5 hours which included a scan and seeing the doctor twice. The time seemed to pass fairly quickly and I felt quite satisfied with the treatment and care I received. Yes it is a long time but, sadly, these are the times we now live in.
