I always got a reminder for my physio appointment and I was told that I'd get a reminder for the next appointment as well. I didn't get any letter, email or text message and missed the appointment as a result. I'd received reminders for all of my previous appointments and my NHS appointments but they confirmed that it was an error on their side but the reminders are not guaranteed. I asked to speak to the manager who told me it's a one off and they'll cancel it but it's my responsibility moving forward, fair enough. I then start getting collection letters for payment. I mention this on my next visit and get told to ignore it because it may be an error. I then continue to get 2 more letters and I call the centre every time, they tell me that the manager will call me back. I don't get a call back. I then get a letter from a collection company who advise me to contact the centre. I call them again and they say that they'll get a manager to call me back, I get no call. I call them again and ask if they keep call logs because I've called them on countless occasions, they don't! I've called again today to speak to a manager, the manager is busy again and working from home. This is all over £30! Ridiculous!

I attended Circle Rehabilitation, a lovely friendly warm environment, and within minutes was met by Karen who guided me on the procedures and processes and completed outstanding paperwork. Elaine, Sister-Charge Nurse, completed many tests on me and spent a long time questioning and understanding my lifestyle and providing detailed explanations of changes that she felt I should undertake. A really professional experienced nurse with a friendly warm approach in everything that she did. Elaine provided great advice, support and care. She made me feel relaxed throughout. Dr Nik Anfilogoff spent a long time analysing the test results and questioning my lifestyle and explaining in detail what I should do to improve many aspects of my health. Between them, Dr Anfilogoff and Elaine made a good team in delivering the same messages, but in slightly different ways. Very impressive. Dr Anfilogoff is a lovely friendly man who was really easy to talk to but challenging in providing advice and guidance, just what I needed. Thank you Karen, Elaine and Dr Anfilogoff for making the experience pleasant throughout my 2 hours with you. For the first time in years, I was listened to by medical professionals and as an outcome received expert opinions and recommendations on my future actions.
