Unfortunately my experience with Circle Podiatry has left me feeling very vulnerable and unhappy. It felt more like business than health care. The innersoles that I was prescribed have been sent back two times because they were faulty and needed repairs. The THIRD time my innersole broke I was ignore by the company for over five months and I am still trying to get a response. You regularly referred to free appointments but these where to resolve faulty products. Which I understand is more obligatory from a legal perspective. You eventually realised you wouldn't be able to resolve the faults and haven't offered another resolution. It has been a miserable experience and I would truly urge anyone to reconsider getting involved with the company.

I have used Circle Podiatry for several years now and found them to be friendly, helpful and professional. The insoles I bought from them erradicated my foot pain, making a big difference to my life.

Had a wonderful pleasant experience at the Circle Podiatry practice. Both the receptionist and podiatrist were very welcoming and helpful. I was quite nervous and suffering from painful ingrown toenails on both feet but i was put at ease and guided through my treatment which left my feet feeling much better and so much more comfortable. I was also recommended insoles for my knee and back pain which have helped immensely. I would definitely recommend this practice and would not wish to be seen by any other podiatrist. Thank you so much to the team at Circle Podiatry.

The lady I saw was kind but did nothing at all to my feet. Just looked at them and said nothing wrong, and that cost me £70! I suppose I was hoping for a medical pedicure. I hate to leave a bad review but I was so very disappointed as this was my 30th birthday present to myself.

The star goes for the friendliness of the receptionist who was quite nice...otherwise would give zero, where to start: - went with a minor ailment of the foot, doctor put some kind of bandage / padding to alleviate the pressure...within less than 24 hours, the pain in the area had increased PLUS, due to the bandage, I had pain everywhere else on the foot. Good call... - phoned the practice around 9 times on the following day. No one was picking up and I just got the prerecorded message that 'the practice was open - please leave a message'. It turned out the practice was NOT open, the messages were (for some reason) not being picked up, and I had to write a mail to get any attention at all - when I described my issue to the doctor, I got an appointment for the next day. To be honest, after such a BLATANT SCREW UP, the DECENT thing to do would have been to sort it out free of charge. I am not saying that there was a purposeful malpractice at all, but if your client calls you up in pain less than 24 hours after the intervention, be a decent human being instead of a greedy businessman and sort it out for free. I was charged the full price of a follow up consultation for a different kind of bandage - the new bandage was so terrible that I had to take it away within two hours because the pain was unbearable. Yes, much of modern medicine is just 'trial and error' but this was just absurd...and came out really expensive, the li'l joke - the fact that this place was a business and nothing more was also supported by the 'fake concern' of the doctor, who tried to push all sorts of products / services on me: insoles to prevent my decline into some dreadful arthritis, getting rid of hard skins etc etc. Do I know that I need insoles - of course, like almost the majority of human beings. Would they be helpful - no doubt. Do I need the hard sell from every angle when I am trying to get something else healed? I definitely DONT, thank you very much
