Amazing physio, I saw them as an NHS patient and have seen physiotherapist for years at the local hospital due to a lifelong disability but this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist I saw was aware of my health when I turned up and had really good knowledge of my condition, she gave tailored advice that benefited me and listened when I couldn’t do certain exercises and adapted them. She was also extremely supportive when discussing me starting using mobility aids and was non judgemental. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good physio especially if you have a rare condition as they had amazing knowledge and when I was there they where continuing to learn about more ways to support patients.

Not great... Parking is signposted badly, so difficult to figure out. Signage for main entrance, once you exit the lift points outside. Appointment sent to me for 9:30 but reception didn't open until 9:45, so couldn't check in. On the plus side, once the receptionist was there, she was lovely.

I was referred by my GP because of arthritis in my hand. The receptionist was welcoming and helped us in a few other ways whilst we were there. Once our time came my specialist came and welcomed me. Took me to the medical room and did a thorough Q and A and survey of my problem. He then gave two steroid injections, which are already helping me. We are OAPs and were worried initially how to get there from where we parked, perhaps some info in the initial invitation would be a good idea. Apart from that everything was quick, smooth and relaxing.

Tried to call, but although it is 11am on Friday morning, Circle have their voicemail switched on saying that I am calling outside the usual opening hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Bet they wonder why they haven't had any phone calls recently.

After waiting for 5months to have a scan on my shoulder, this week i finally had a scan. The consultant I saw was very thorough and professional, and now have an appointment for the 12th October for steroid injection and hopefully out ofof pain!

I saw a Dermatologist at the Hampshire Clinic a few months ago. This all went fine. Since then I have emailed the Consultants secretary asking some questions. I have been fobbed off and now ignored. Shameful service. Stay clear due to the medical secretaries- Circle Healthcare, Hampshire Clinic in Old Basing.
