Dreadful service have unpaid claims for over year for a medical claim that I made in 2020. Call centre never answer their phone and email responses are extremely slow with conflicting messages.

Absolutely appalling service! I currently hold an Annual Silver Worldwide Policy. Have tried all week to telephone, with my finger on the button at precisely 9am (changed opening hours). Incredibly lengthy automated service and finally, having decided to hang on for an operator, the holding music was so crackling, so loud that one couldn't actually hear any music and made 'hands free' impossible. No guidance as to where I am in a queue - although I doubt very much there is a queue - they have just decided not to answer the phone!! The email addresses are given so quickly that it is impossible to get them down and I can't find either of those given on any of the literature sent to me on my documentation. I cannot believe a subsidiary of Insure & Go would associate itself with a truly disgraceful service. If I could award it a zero, I would!

Useless, under-staffed organisation that really let me down in a medical emergency by not answering the phone for 1 and a half hours. I have now been waiting 35 minutes on the phone to the claims department with no sign of progress.
