  Ashley has come in today and installed our new system for us and improve our Wi-Fi as well! He left everything neat and tidy and even went the extra mile to tidy up some of our old cabling. Thank you Ashley for being so beneficent with the installation we didn't even notice any down time!

  Honestly never had so many problems with 1 company and a phone system in our 43 years of trading... to the point of 3 times phone systems go down and can not make calls or receive them which is great for losing money.... Promised a package from salesman Gary who seemed a lovely chap but once signed up never heard from again even with all the issues. Taken 6 month or more to get to this point and we are actually still paying focus group and them because after all this time they have not completed there install. read many things online and still tried to give a chance to rectify and still did not. Just awaiting our solicitor to return to the uk to start legal proceedings as even tried to email axel the director and he does not even respond..... Avoid at all costs. these 5 star reviews must be from friends or family because there is no way they are legit......

  Ashley and Craig have been an absolute… Ashley and Craig have been an absolute pleasure to have they have gone through all the training and set up and helped us make minior but good changes the system, have improved our Wi-Fi coverage acorss the site and made life so much easier, The installation was completed swiftly and smoothly by both Ashley and Craig I would recommend these engineers to anyone who is having an installation with Circle Cloud!

  This company is horrendous. They are trying to charge me £681.58 for going over my data allowance in a month which had they told me, I could have upgraded to an unlimited package for just another £20 per month. I am so upset by this company. They are threatening me with credit control if I don’t pay the enormously inflated sum of money that would have cost me just £20 to increase had they told me. I would avoid them at all cost. As a small business in a recession, I could seriously do without other businesses trying to fleece me in such an underhand and greedy manner

  Had sales rep come in promised everything my business needed. None of it met. Switch over was a disaster without phones or Internet for 3 weeks... had to pay a 3rd company put us on mobile data. Everything is chargable voicemail recording etc...phone lines go down monthly they dont tell you send a report a week after. Tried to leave they want 6k as I stupidly signed in for 5 years...Avoid if you need your business to survive

  Craig and Ashley have been absolutely fantastic at helping our business get the first stages of our digital transfer set up. We knew we were going to have issues however these guys did a fantastic job of keeping calm and finding the best solution for our issues. It's not often that contractors or work people are as polite as these chaps are and we look forward to them coming back for stage two of our work. The team is genuinely excited for the next steps of the process thanks to Craig and Ashley taking the time to explain the full process in a way in which everyone understands.
