Cineworld regentcircus staff unhelpful and not kind because of those mistakes I paid 60 pounds penalty for car park . The team leader said only apologise. When I asked for area manager she doesn’t give me any details.

This place has become an absolute joke. The toilets in this place are vile and disgusting. Never clean and always smell dreadful. Feels like you should pass through a decontamination chamber as you leave them. There is always multiple staff, but only ever normally one person serving. So takes forever to get tickets or confectionaries. This is made worse by the staff not knowing what to do or the till not working correctly. My auntie recently went here and was refused access to an 18 film when she is in her mid 40s. I understand that is a compliment for her, but as someone who is disabled and struggles to go out at the best of times. It was a completely wasted journey for her when she had no ID on her for a film she is over double the age requirement for. In the last three films I've seen here, I've had to sit and listen to someone talk the whole way through or play on their phones or record the film on their phones. The staffs answer is to leave the film you're trying to watch to tell them about it. And when you do, there is very little they do involving the person in the wrong anyway. This problem isn't necessarily completely their fault. But as there are messages before the film about not using phones during the film, before it even starts. Maybe the company need to adjust their policy on the tolerance of it. And granted, they do semi-frequent checks in the film, but they're not long enough. Someone stood at the front for 10 seconds, two to three times during a film, and looking around inside isn't enough of a deterrent to people.
