Been here three times and there is no surround sound. The latest movie I went to was Spider-Man Screen 10 and the picture quality is bad and no surround sound. I complained to the staff and they said it’s been broken for weeks. The popcorn was also stale this time 👎👎👎

I tried to watch Spiderman on Screen 8 and encountered persistent sound issues that severely affected my movie experience. It is disheartening that this is not an isolated incident, as I have faced similar problems on multiple occasions (Screen 10, Screen 5...). The muffled, distorted, and intermittent sound quality made it nearly impossible to enjoy the film. It is crucial they address these ongoing sound issues promptly to provide a satisfactory viewing experience. Until improvements are made, DONT go to this cinema.

Went to see the new Spiderverse with my little sister, usually the price is good to watch movies at a high quality, even if the cinema is a bit far away. But this screening was so horrible, the Audio was so quiet and muffled. £30 down the drain, plus the travel and imagine if i bought drinks.. will go elsewhere, Always book the movies on screenings that are bigger because the other small ones are pathetic.
