Absolutely horrendous system when you book online! If I could give 0 stars I would! I've payed for my tickets with tesco vouchers and CC. The payment went out and I did not get my tickets. All I had was a message to say that the session expired after the payment being taken. I've called Cineworld and instead of getting my tickets, they gave me the money back that was payed with the CC, however, the tesco vouchers they can't do anything about it and I have to call tesco to chase it back! Absolutely ridiculous system! If the payment is gone through, just give me the tickets !!! It's an error on Cineworld , why should I now have to sort out their error!
