    I started coming to Cindy at the beginning of the year to progress with my fitness and weight training and i am so happy i did. Cindy is absolutely brilliant, her knowledge around fitness is incredible and she makes you feel comfortable and motivated. i love the fact she does the sessions from her mini home gym, this is really good for me with being too anxious to go to an actual gym, so if you’re apprehensive about booking, don’t be! its all private and the only other person there will be Cindy, guiding and rooting for you! Cindy tailors each sessions for you personally, taking into account anything that may affect what you can do on that certain day, changing up each session it never gets boring and i leave can’t waiting to come back! i wish i had found Cindy sooner and i can’t wait to progress with my fitness journey with Cindy by my side, would recommend to anyone! not only is Cindy great, but her session are really well priced especially for how much experience she has, you can see this is her passion and i would urge anyone who’s considering getting a PT to go with Cindy, i promise you you won’t regret it!
