Maxime Herbaut helped us get back on track with our Cimbali Magnum Grinder when our grinder switch broke and Taylor UK's incompetent servicing department and engineers botched the repair 4 times. Sick of Taylor UK (HTG Trading) i went straight to Cimabli and explained the situation. I cannot speak highly enough of Cimbali's swift rise to action and willingness to repair and tweak both grinder and coffee machine to ensure we get the best result from our coffee bean. Steeve Gadby was a fantastic engineer who knew exactly what to do with the equipment and gave us great tips on how to maintain and get the best use of our product and equipment. Would choose Cimbali again without question.

Machine is broken every single 2 weeks, I am stack now for more than 10 days waiting for any repose and service! Keep sending emails but no answer. I called 4 times already and always been told that engineer got stack somwehere Worst customer service ever !

Machine very expensive and it brakes very often, but the worse of all is the after sale service. Service desk untrained, you are given a different information according to the rep you speak to. they treat you like they are doing you a favour, like they do not bother if your bar or Café cannot serve coffees for days. but they surely want your money when they send you the invoice. If we would have known that the service was so bad we wouldn't have spent that amount of money just to be treated like dirt. I have already not recommended La Cimbali to three friends that opened restaurants in my county, as I would not want them to go trough the same frustrations aswe do. best advice? Avoid it like plague, invest in a different brand and make sure that the after sale service is not the same as La Cimbali. we are thinking of contacting the Trade Standards and the Ombudsman to complaint.
