The staff are top tier when it comes to being helpful, they are friendly, approachable (especially when you first go in completely clueless of what you are wanting).     I go into the hedge end store to see Jord i always text him to make sure hes working that day he sorts me out all my kits and flavours, ill only let him mix my juice lol, taught me how to mix my own and always helps me with new flavours and coils, hes always winding up my little boys and we now call him Uncle Jord lol always up for a chat and knows it all when it comes to the new bits of kit and flavours.
