Chose to visit Cicely's to look for a wedding dress as they promise to try and meet every budget. The team were fantastic! Giving honest and great advice whilst I was trying on the dresses. I chose the 2nd dress that I tried on and they even managed to deduct a small amount off the price so that it was nearer my budget. They also offer monthly payments after the deposit which is amazing as it makes it more acheivable especially when planning a wedding. Natalie was amazing and very knowledgeable on the dresses and which ones suited me best. I look forward to my next dress fitting and more importantly very excited to wear it next year. February 2023 I got to wear my dream dress, I felt like a princess and everyone loved how much this dress suited me. I can't thank the team at Ciceley's enough

Our own opinions mattered and most importantly my daughter, Lily, was made to feel special and, in her own words, she felt like a princess. This is how it should be. I cannot recommend cicelys enough! Leah and Natalia went above and beyond to find bridesmaid dresses for my daughters age 13 and 8 after being let down by a company just 1 week before our wedding! As soon as we arrived in their shop they made us feel so welcome and reassured me they would have it sorted for us. After looking through their stock of beautiful dresses and endless phonecalls checking stock they found the perfect dresses! Both our girls looked and felt incredible on our wedding day and recieved so many compliments. I really cannot thank you both enough for all of your help and how quickly you were able to source/alter the dresses. If I could change anything it would be that I came to cicelys sooner and had all of our dresses from there in the first place! If anyone needs bridal, prom or evening dresses this is the place to be!
