Rang sales - no answer. Gentleman answered and suggested sending e mail to both sales and customer services. No answer so rang again. Again no answer from sales but spoke to lady from customer services who found email and promised to reply herself. A week later still no reply. All I wanted was a definitive price. Have given up and gone elsewhere. Totally unprofessional. I can only imagine what it must be like trying to get any problem with the furniture sorted. Avoid like the plague!

My new corner arbour looks breathtaking in my garden. Wanted to make sure it was done correct, and there was a video on their YouTube channel that perfectly talked you through the process of assembly, making it a more than easy assembly. I do not know if there are other products on there from these guys similar, but that helped me a lot. Fab service from these people, nothing but a FIVE star from me!
