Bad to Worse. Late for viewing, let another viewing in while still viewing. Communication was poor. Replies were rude and unprofessional. Customer service non exsistent. Would not recommend or use again. Lettings clearly doesnt match up with buying.

What can we say? other than Darryl, Stef and the rest of the team at Churchwood Stanley were absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were kept up-to-date on a daily basis, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was a positive one in which we felt genuinely cared about. It was more like speaking to friends than people we'd only just met, so much nicer than any other agents we've dealt with. Even after completion and we'd moved into an area we didn't know, they still kept in contact and continued to be of help. We cannot recommend Churchwood Stanley enough, they go above and beyond.
