The staff is very impolite and aggressive, especially to people without a British passport. They will do as much uncomfortable things for you as they can. They said to me to make a nomination for collecting my daughter's BRP. But as I knew later, the same day the post sent the docs back to the Home office. They could say it to me and save my time. The way they speak is very impolite.
