Took over from a local supplier without consent and increased prices by around 800%. Absolutely shocking way to do business, replacing items without consent and charging the earth for them. If that's the way you do business, you need to be reported to trading standards. You only get one star as zero is not an option btw!

Unfortunately Churches took over the excellent Westronics alarm company in Reading, who are now responsible for my home burglar alarm. My alarm was serviced back in November 22 by Churches when I reported one of the LED lights on my alarm box has failed. To date they have been incapable of making arrangements to replace the box, in which now both LEDs have failed. There has been a conversation as to who will pay for the replacement, which as I pointed out in the first place is covered by my contact. I have made several telephone calls to no avail and given up waiting for the engineer to call me with a date. Of all the years Westronics looked after my alarm I can't remember a single issue.

These two engineers are an asset to Churches and are hands down the most helpful, knowledgeable & polite technicians we have ever dealt with. I was following one of their vans into Tewkesbury yesterday about 18:30. The registration ended 70 PGU or 70 PCU from memory. Shocking driving, was tailgating extremely close to every car in front of them, and proceeded to do dangerous overtakes. I must have watched them overtake 3 cars. Which I did not overtake and then I caught them up as they got stuck in traffic in Tewkesbury, meaning no point in driving erratically especially with a company logo on the van.
