Tried to get an appointment as I believe I have a chest infection (suffered with them in the past due to asthma) and was told no one can see me or even ring me for even 5 minutes all day today even though I can’t breathe, was told to just ring 111 who also can’t help either. Not helpful at all.

Horrendous! You have to call the same day you need an appointment, the e-consultation system is off. If you actually get a face to face appointment, the waiting room is empty.

Since covid this surgery is a joke. You cannot get an appointment for love nor money. If you do get to the surgery, it is always empty so what are they doing !! The worst thing is that Church View my surgery is non existent now you have to travel 2 miles to the Shaftesbury. Which is fine if like me you can drive but what about the elderly or people without transport. Its a disgrace nobody cares anymore. This surgery was brilliant in the days when Dr Koslowski was there. But now it's an absolute joke. Such a sad state now and it scares me as me and my husband get older to think we will be ignored and just left, what has happened to our amazing NHS

Totally disgusted with the service today. Was on the phone this morning for about 30mins to speak to someone about my medical condition today. Completed an econsult form, a further 10-20 mins chasing that up. Only to get a phone call to say the centre at Middleton will contact me. That didn't happen, got a phone call from the surgery at bellbrookes leeds to ask what was wrong. I told them an was asked what is it you want from them. Maybe someone to check my conditions would help. An appointment at 19:30 so I've to make my way to Harehills leeds to see a GP I don't know.
