If only this surgery answered their phones! Drove all the way from Southend to Rayleigh while in a queue. Walk in and neither receptionist are on the phone! Shocking surgery! Beware

Wait 55 minutes on the phone for an afternoon appointment. I was second in the queue only to be told no appointments left. I questioned this and the receptionist said she has been answering the phone all afternoon and making appointments for people 18th in the queue. I complained that there must be an issue then with there system. So don't trust the queueing numbers. This is my updated review as I was probably a bit harsh at the time because I was annoyed. My complaint was about the telephone system. I find the staff very polite and helpful also the doctors and nurses so this to be a good surgery to belong to.

I’ve been with this surgery for a couple of years and find the reception staff to be warm and courteous and the doctors and nurses very helpful. I’ve not struggled to get appointments - yes there may sometimes be waits but with the pressures GP services are under I think Church View are performing well compared to surgeries I’ve been to before. The waiting area is also freshly decorated and well maintained so all in all I’d recommend this practice.
