It was mediocre before they joined the maritime partnership, the appointments were hard to get, but over all not bad. Now they are possibly the worst service known to man. With queues of 1hr + to get an appointment and that’s just an over the phone not even an in person face to face appointment. Reception staff forgetting to book or tell you that your appointment has been cancelled. Absolute waste of time. What a joke this has all become.

Having moved to the area last year we researched a lot to find a new doctor for our family. I wanted one more local but Church View was the only one taking patients. Compared to where we came from, they are brilliant. Never had a issue getting an appointment, whether face to face or by phone. Their referrals and follow ups have been 2nd to none. Doctors and nurses are so helpful

I was desperate for some eye medication that was out of stock in Boots. I went to the surgery and the receptionists and clinician were brilliant and managed to source an alternative and arranged for it to be delivered in just a few days. Thank you,

I have always had pretty good service from this practice however since St Mary's Island surgery took over the phone lines they are severely below inadequate with some of the telephone staff being downright rude. Today I had my flu jab at Churchview and had an amazing caring compassionate young lady who helped me with other issues this is the type of people we need to see more of well done Lydia and thank you from the bottom of my heart

This surgery is a joke.I’ve been with these since day one. And it was running good.always had no problem getting in touch. Now it takes at least 1hr on hold to speak to someone. I had covid really bad and Needed a sick note and was told it’s a 2 week wait just to get a note. I honestly get stressed trying to contact church view practice.

Nobody answers the phones. I have now been caller number one for 45 minutes. Its a joke. We are told to see GP if we are worried about our health. Its very frustrating

Been on the phone to the surgery for forty minutes after the surgery asked me to contact them. I was caller number one for thirty minutes, laughable.
