Rude receptionists, no people skills what so ever, if they were any other type of business they'd be out of business by now. If they don't like their job then find another one. Update, refused a flu jab as I didn't have a mask on when there is now NO law to make me wear one, the ironic thing is the woman telling me this didn't have a mask on either.

My daughter has been really well cared for at this surgery since she’s been born. Today they got me an appointment with a nurse within 15 mins of me phoning, and discovered and treated an ear infection. The nurse was friendly and kind. They are under such a lot of pressure and work so hard for their patients.

My mum uses Pilltime and everytime they request a prescription for her it’s never signed off so she’s constantly waiting for important meds 😡

I am on very important medication and if not taken can have serious affects. This surgery couldn’t find any evidence of my medication so I went to my old surgery to get proof and gave it to Church Street. They took ages and didn’t get back to me I actually ran out of medication, they wouldn’t pick up the phone as their queues are very long. I had to go and get an emergency prescription from tescos. Very unhappy and displeased with their services. Weren’t apologetic and still haven’t sorted the issue.

The procedures and policies are woefully inadequate. The team of receptionists are so incompetent and poorly trained one would be better asking the post office across the way- as much use as a chocolate teapot with the same emotional range to boot.
