    Waiting for a result of an MRI since 20th February, waiting to have all my records. Waiting for a call from them this morning waiting waiting and had to call them 6 hours after to know there was no appointment anywhere to see a GP for a chest infection and an ear block.... So unprofessional and lack of empathy and care

    Appalling service. Staff member are very unwelcoming and unapproachable. Every single time I went in person (over a whole year) I was met with condescending attitude, no basic common courtesy whatsoever, which makes me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed every time. Especially Amber (receptionist) - I honestly don’t know how she got a job as she can barely speak English, have strong condescending and patronising attitude and her tone is always raised. Also, I think she needs a hearing aid as I had to repeat myself over 3 times and she still didn’t got what I am asking - which clearly means she’s doing it on purpose. Imagine coming in to doctors to get some help and you have to deal with incompetent patronising and uneducated staff that wants to huff and puff and mumble profanity under the nose as soon as you turn your back to walk away. Her friend with washed off red greasy hair was reeking of fish and BO… like is it bad to expect just some decency and basic cleanliness in places like these? I’m absolutely appalled and shocked at the standards.

    Not happy with fabricated service at reception or over the phone as they trick you over appointments. Ring in the morning, wait for ages and the response is "Oh! the appointments for the day have gone", there were only 60 appointments for 10k patients registered. Rather than providing solution, they want to run away. No time given for call back if by any chance you get appointment. Keep holding the phone whole day as the dear Dr can ring you anytime and you miss, you are gone. Also, if you are working full time, please don't get sick or feel need for appointment as is it not for you. * The services have definitely improved now (May 2023). Although the appointments are still hard to get but happy with other services.

    AMBER. There’s another one that had reddish hair and is overweight that is just as horrible - I honestly don’t understand how people who who extremely low communication skills and are very rude work in establishment like this? As soon as I walked in I was met with condescending attitude…. Even after I mentioned I deal with severe anxiety they didn’t took that into account and keep on pressuring me, over speaking and trying to rush me off from the line… very insensitive. It’s just not worth the hassle that it takes just to get through to the doctor. So please take into account this review and all the previous and DONT WASTE your time here. Even if you complain it goes nowhere. I had continuous issues with staff and when complained they find excuses every time so my point is Even if you complain it’s going to fall on dead ears So don’t waste your time and find better practice and if you do want to complain go to Ambasment! They will actually conduct an investigation because practice manage sends GENERIC complaint replies To everyone who complains - it’s honest a joke - the hole staff is in shambles .

    Absolutely Dreadful!!! Especially AMBER and other red haired overweight receptionist - have no clue what they talking about or doing as well as extremely poor communication skills - I had to drop off sample multiple times because the receptionist keep messing up the form - they just can’t print a correct form - seems like they are just undertrained and extremely incompetent. when I queried about the mistakes and mishaps they instantly become aggressive , patronising and condescending - and STILL wouldn’t explain why the issues keep happening but instead developed an attitude and deflect from the real issue… like kindergarten really. When spoken to practise manager they refuse to acknowledge my issues and blame it on me instead of receptionist like as if I fill the form lol it’s their fault the sample is not going to the right place. Either way manager refuses to move a finger and rectify any kind of issues concerning with the service receive and bluntly says if I don’t alike how I am being treated then I should find other practice…. Just awfull, inhumane and would stay away from this place. Please don’t waste your time and energy as they are just awfull , especially when you are vulnerable and sick they do not take anything like that Insta consideration at all….

    Awful Surgrey my son rang for a emergency appointment as he is type 1 diabetic gave next day appointment we ended up calling a ambulance , I rang next day to cancel as he was in was hospital and the lady questioned how he got the appointment , I feel that it was no concern of hers to question how he got the appointment! my son could have died. you can never get appointments at this surgery terrible service.
