Didn’t properly check my name for my package and insisted nothing was there. I had proof of delivery and their surname which lady confirmed was hers. They blamed Royal Mail for the mess up and crossed out the date it was delivered, to the next day when I collected and said Royal Mail did that. Also said when you get a text to say the package has been delivered, you should leave it an extra day before collecting. Absolute rubbish. Never using this place again.
