This is a truly beautiful church, situated atop a steepish hill. There are beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The church is relatively small but really lovely and peaceful inside. The absolute and unusual highlight was to be able to play music on the muffled bells. There are numbers on the chords and two tunes have a play by numbers card so a great delight for children and adults alike. The graveyard was full of snowdrops and wild primroses at the time of visiting. There is a narrow driveway to the side of the church gate to give access to a tree lined steep hill with parking for the church at the side and top. A must to visit. We liked the church so much, upon visiting that we enquired about a wedding blessing. The vicar (Clive) conducted the most beautiful blessing for us and we added two of our readings. The organist was very talented and played The gift of the thistle for us. An amazing experience.
