Find the doctor not sure which one shocking, the lack of knowledge on HRT patches is shocking. For the third month in a row I have had to have an emergency prescription, as the doctor seems to think that because I have been given 8 patches that is for two months when the instructions clearly state two a week depending when you start. I feel sorry for the receptionist who has to deal with a very slightly mift hormal woman

I spoke with Dr Kuti who was most thorough & helpful as always but it would have been nice to be advised that the time of my appointment had been changed & also that it had been changed to a telephone appointment from a face to face appointment with a different doctor, luckily i checked on the App or would have had a wasted trip.

The best GP surgery I have ever used. It takes a little while to get through for an appointment but I like that it’s clear I’m in a queue and I am updated when I move up a position (my last GP didn’t have anything like this). I find receptionists really lovely and polite and efficient, and I have always had a great experience when it comes to appointments for me and my family. Concerns are always listened to and we are always given proper time rather than rushed out - even if they are running behind sometimes! The service makes up for it
