Church from scratch is what faith in Jesus is really about: grace, patience, community, absence of judgement. I came to CFS from a very legalistic, judgemental and 'strict' Church, and yet I have felt more 'challenged ' in my walk here. Freedom does not lead to lethargy, but to deliberate choice, which in turn leads to presence and responsibility. I have never met a better example than Peter D in being tight with Jesus and loose in 'ruling' in all the right ways.

I have been part of church from scratch for over 10 yrs now and it's the only church I have felt really welcome at, it's not just a place to explore and learn about the bible it's also a community that will make you feel truly welcome and apart of, I have made some good friends because of CFS and if you ever have doubts about God they won't just dismiss you they will support you and be there when you are ready to come back they will welcome you with open arms 😊

I was part of church from scratch back in 2005 n still have links now even tho I am now living in Wales one thing I will say bout this church is that there love for all who come and acceptance to show God's love as Jesus came for those who need Him he came to save those who are usually forgotten n rejected cos they are different thing is we are all Unique I had severe mental health problems n I was accepted God came to heal n have relanship with us can any of us say we are Perfect if u say you got it right then u have no need of a savour
