Goods arrived damaged. Bottle shampoo broken and spilled into packaging. Sent photos of broken bottle was told they will send a replacement pump for a £20 bottle of shampoo which was going to be a Christmas gift. I did tell them that a lot of the shampoo had come out of the bottle into the packaging and after some more explanation was sent a replacement bottle. Customer care were very understanding in realising that the product was broken when arrived and it was going to be a Christmas present for our local dog groomer. Thank you for replacing the broken bottle, very kind. The product when it finally arrived was fabulous.

Make sure you check how much they are charging you! The prices on the shelf are not what you get charged at the till. If you point this out they get awfully upset and become rude. Wouldn't bother with the place! Better shops out there.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a rug, it arrived. I was unhappy with the material. Returned and only refunded £18!! Rug also had what looked like ink marks all over it. Obviously I will be reporting to the ombudsman. Only wish I had read reviews first.
