This surgery has been helpful in some distressing time. There is such friendly staff but there’s one staff member called Olesha who I think has been so helpful and accommodating. She always greets me with a smiley face. Which helps when your feeling at your lowest. I believe all surgery’s need someone like Olesha.

One very rude receptionist as others have pointed out. However I have been using them for 30 years, the doctors are good and Sonjah and Sharon as others have mentioned are excellent. Shame about the one really rude one, I had put in a complaint and asked that she should be put on a course on how to handle the public however when I called yesterday she was again rude. So obviously the practice manager doesn't care about it. Shame really. The doctor I spoke to was lovely. If you have the same problem with that receptionist please complain so we can either get her trained up or sacked. She is ruining an otherwise good centre.

Since the introduction of the new PATCHS system I have found it much easier to contact my doctor for advice or obtain admin letters. Over the last few years my main experiences have been with Dr Gopal and Dr Hunger-Nguyen, both of which are very helpful and are willing to listen to their patients concerns. I also have to praise the new receptionist, I’m not 100% sure but I believe her name is Olesha. She is very polite and helpful.

Great surgery. I spoke with Sonia this morning and she is always so professional with me on the phone which is really refreshing as when you're ill, you can often feel like you are being a burden so it is nice to speak to someone on the other end who does not make you feel that way. Other staff members who also stand out are Diane and Bernadette, both ladies also endeavour to maintain professionalism and are both lovely to speak to. Thank you Sonia Sharma
