They may as well remove the service from their store. Never open when advised and they couldn't care less.

Absolute joke, website says 0730 opening time, on arriving at 0830 the same scrappy notice is on the counter saying "due to unforseen circumstances the opening hours are changed". The same note that has been there for months. I only needed a stamp so I asked the person that was working if I could just buy a stamp as I needed to get to work. There was no one else in the shop so she was not busy so I do not think this was unreasonable. She goes out back where I hear her talking to other members of staff and she comes back and says "they cannot open it until 0900".it is not like they have post office staff there, it is just another shop assistant. They clearly use this time to stock shelves and refuse to do the job that the post office pay them to do. I would be curious of whether the post office knows about this shambles, and I will be contacting them direct to discuss.

This Post Office is absolutely a JOKE! very RUDE very DISHONEST staff !!! Please avoid this place! I would like to mark this post office as MINUS stars if I could. This is the worst post office I have ever been! I tried to drop my parcel off for Eexpress48 delivery at about 8:30am on Saturday morning ( the 14th of Jan) and one of the staff told me that the post office wouldn’t open until 9:00am.( But it was shown that opening time should be at 7:30am on the web), so I came back at about 9:00am, a very RUDE lady at the post office scanned my parcel and told me to put the parcel in a place against the wall, because of her attitude, I checked the google reviews of this post office after that, surprisingly found out only ONE STAR !!! I started to worry about my parcel, so I tried to keep tracking it on the next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday , but there was still nothing shown on the tracking system, I phoned both Royal mail and Parcelforce on Wednesday, and I was told that my parcel was still in the post office !!! Can you believe that??? I phoned this post office and asked that if my parcel was still there, the same lady with accent answered my phone and told me straight away without any checking that my parcel wasn’t there and this post office was too small to store any parcels and many other lies! I tried to explain to her again and again what my parcel looks like and my parcel should be still here, during my explanation, one of the other staff there found my parcel was there. I just totally lost any trust to this place, so I went back again to retrieve my parcel and dropped it off to another Post Office in Fleet! What a JOKE!!! So much time wasted here for just sending one parcel!

Post office now closes at 12pm on a Sunday. Wouldn’t even sell me Stamps at 12.30pm. Posting so others don’t have a wasted journey. Beware of worn road/kerb entering carpark as well, if you catch it at the wrong angle it’s very steep. I won’t shop here now.

Ignore the 1 star this place deserves no stars but I'm forced to click on one. Rude and condescending staff AVOID this place. I came to drop off some parcels to find it was closed after 5.30pm. The post office website shows official close as 10pm! So I came the next day at 3.30pm with the same parcels to find they had closed the PO counter at 2pm. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE - AVOID!!!!
