Ordered through website to pick up as thought It would save time. Pick up due for 5:11pm when I arrived the manager told me to wait 10m as my order hadn’t been made. Had to wait until 17:40. I checked my order and they had missed some extras on my pizza. When informed they apologised and still handed me the pizza to which I replied you need to fix that. I spoke with the manager and said this is my first time I have waited and the order is wrong , with all due respect why would I return. His answer was that they were busy and something to do with the order schedules. No compensation offferrd
