The milkshakes where lovely even better as buy one burger 🍔 get one free on a Tuesday we just thought we try something different we live in hoo like going to Rochester nice s as be local and very filling will be back the waitress was lovely happy girl

A really nice suprise we went here with some friends b/holiday. We all shared the starters we shared the Halloumi (Sticky fingers) Chicken. Mains we ordered the double smash patty burgers with the Dirty Charlie fries, sauces were to die for. Really nice vibe in the restaurant, staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, I have to say had pride in the quality and detail of the food. Great value for money. Will be booking again and can't wait to try more of the menu. Thank you everyone @ chuck & blade.

We hadn't actually meant to go to eat here but where we went was closing. To be honest I'm so glad we did eat here, the food is amazing possibly the best burger I've ever had, I went for the spicy Fagin and my partner the cluck Norris, both were amazing. Both were served hot and after a not very long wait. The skin on chips are something else as well. Every mouthful of my burger was full of flavour and had a kick to it without it trying to take your head off. We will most definitely be back again.

They make nice burger. It is my second best burger after Bunsen in Ireland however the service is not good at all. Obvious no experience but this is not the main issue. I find some of the staff very un friendly grumpy and never smile no matter you are nice to them I’ve noticed they smiled to white family and I wondered if it is a racist mentality and I really feel not welcomed there and made to feel uncomfortable and this is not nice. Then she ask for tips !! Which I did give the tips anyway but ended up going more frequent to pizza express and don’t think will be coming back to this burger ship. Shame very nice burger but the staff has to be mature experienced friendly and trained as per diversity and equality act Very inorotnet notice: I have noticed other reviews from people of colour complaining about the same issue as one here said in the review the staff were not interested to serve tjhis confirms my concern there is a racist mentality there where they are lovely and smile to white people like them and really horrible to us.
