Had my Oris blue diver date serviced for the 1st time. I've had the watch from new and is now 12 years old and was losing 20 seconds over 24hrs. It has also been diving numerous times. I was advised on the length of time it would take and any email was answered quickly. Watch was returned in Oris branded box and looking superb, the bracelet looks like new. It is now running at minus 1 second over 24hr period, I'm one happy bunny. I was worried that there might have been water ingress but nothing mentioned and all good. Total price including postage was £280 which after 12 years use is not bad value. Will definitely get my Aquis grey serviced here but its got a few years to go.

What a fantastic, exemplary service I received from Chrontime. I thought I’d hit dead end looking for a watch part that doesn’t actually exist anywhere. I contacted Chrontime who helpfully took me through a series of really straightforward questions, identified the part I was after and then sourced and sent it to me! Really impressed. They gave me realistic timescales and even with the pandemic and the whole Brexit situation managed to get it to me within a reasonable timeframe. I will only get my Oris serviced through these guys and nowhere else. They truly are experts in their field and they built a level of trust through this interaction. I mean some businesses would have or could have asked me to buy the whole bracelet for my watch but instead Chrontime saved me a lot of money identifying the exact links that would fit my existing bracelet and spring bars. Thanks again Chrontime! First class customer service.
