I was a little concerned when I first saw the negative reviews, but they all seemed to relate to finding that products which were shown as in stock turned out not to be in stock ... so I gave them a call before placing my order, and asked if the 4 items I wanted were in stock. 3 of them were, and 1 of them wasn't so I took an alternative which was. The chap on the phone was very helpful I might add. I placed my order on Monday morning, paid for next day delivery, got a shipping notification later that afternoon and just received my order now on Tuesday afternoon – everything present and very well packed. I couldn't have asked for better service! The biggest plus is that the prices for the same products with Chronos were between 20% and 50% cheaper than Axminster who I was planning on buying them from originally – for exactly the same products by the same manufacturers! With this level of service and their excellent pricing I'll certainly be shopping with Chronos again (but phoning them first just to be sure what I'm ordering is in stock).
