Went for a specific hat. This store closed today , as you find out by showing up and seeing a note. "Not open today but our other store is staying open late" already walked a bit might as well try because this is the last day in London. Show up the employee working 6/11 is chatting up a old class mate. The customer ahead of me is looking frustrated and begins to walk out. The employee stops him and the class mate appears put out and pushed past me. After chatting this customer up he finally helps me. I show him the hat and need a bigger size than the one on display. He shows me the large hats. I let him know this is the one I would like. "I don't think we have it?" Really? Not going to check? He offered a discount on the others. Didn't want the others. I bet the other store would have it... Oh wait ... You decided to not work.

Shop was not open at the advertised time, other folk were also waiting around me, eager to buy. I telephoned the shop but they never answered. I had to purchase online at further expense and great inconvenience. Altogether a disappointing experience.
