This is the sort of place families will go to, pregnant women and young babies and children. So why are the staff allowed to openly smoke? We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to find our tree and then again to pay for our tree. The qualities of the trees are great, but I cannot recommend this place because of the staff smoking. Is it that difficult for them to go round the back out of customers paths??

Friendly people, but absolutely awful tree. Despite the 'no drop' signs, our tree started dropping needles within 2 days of buying and shedding even more now. So disappointing for the £60 spent. Usually go to College Farm in Finchley which we will resume again next year.
