  Christine was recommended to me when I was organising a friend's funeral recently. She was really helpful and supportive from start to finish - making the process clear, giving us specific guidance on what information she needed and when. She clearly listened to everyone's perspectives and stories and pulled together a lovely ceremony that included everyone and was a really fitting celebration of our friend's life. On the day Christine held the space and led the proceedings flawlessly. She was down to earth, genuine, and somehow brought a lightness to the ceremony. Christine allowed us to sit with our grief whilst celebrating our friend's life, and made a difficult and heavy day one that felt valuable and meaningful, of which we are very grateful. I would heartily recommend Christine for any ceremonies, be they for joyous or sad events.

  Christine delivered the perfect naming ceremony for our daughter. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with through the planning of our event; everything was well explained and she made us feel at ease and engaged throughout.   Christine is an absolute pleasure of a humanist and all around wonderful person. From the very start to the very end, Christine made the whole process enjoyable, fun and incredibly easy. She is a master at writing, our ceremony was beautifully written and it’s all down to Christine. We have had so many comments on how amazing and personal our ceremony was, and how bubbly, bright and lovely Christine was. Through our meetings we have build such a lovely connection with Christine and truly felt she created and delivered such a beautiful, personal ceremony that was so 'us'. The time she took to learn so much about us, our personalities and our relationship was a lovely experience throughout.   Christine was the celebrant for our little boys naming day this summer which we held in our garden at home. She did a really lovely job. She came to meet us before the ceremony to talk about the kind of things we would like including and was always easy to contact and quick to reply to any queries. She wrote a lovely ceremony including everything we had asked for. She did a great job on the day conducting the ceremony, we all had a really memorable and beautiful day.

  Christine was fantastic and so professional. We started by giving her some information on our relationship and was amazed at the story she produced from what we thought were small snippets of info. Everything was so accurate. She's patient, enthusiastic and down to earth. Christine made our ceremony bespoke; it was funny, sentimental and meaningful. We couldn't have asked for more. She even gave us a keepsake ceremony pack which included the full ceremony script, including our vows and reading. To anyone who is thinking of booking a celebrant, please look no further. Christine will not disappoint.

  When Aimes and I got engaged, one of the first decisions we made was that we didn't want a traditional ceremony. We wanted something personal, meaningful to us, but also fairly light-hearted...and that's exactly what Christine delivered! I think pretty much every single one of our guests mentioned what a beautiful ceremony it was, how very 'us' it was..and we couldn't agree more. It was everything we wanted it to be! On top of that, Christine made the whole process, from our very first Zoom meeting right through the planning stages up to bringing the final draft of the script together, super super easy. She was there on the other side of a text or email to answer any questions, however stupid, along the way. She was flexible and easy going, putting up with us changing our mind about bits and bobs even pretty close to the end. But she also got stuff done!! And as if that wasn't enough, she's also just a genuinely lovely human being. Within about 2 minutes of chatting with her, we both knew she was the one! We felt immediately accepted, she's super warm, friendly, easy to talk to and actually interested in getting to know you so she can deliver the perfect ceremony for your occasion. Book her now!!! And tell all your friends. We certainly are ❤️

  Well what to say about Christine?! We’ll start with wow! We had always been nervous about our wedding ceremony as neither of us are too fond of formality, but from the first moment we met Christine we knew we had found the celebrant for us, down to earth, of great humour and genuinely kind and interested in our story! Christine held our hands throughout the process of pulling the ceremony together keeping us on track but also encouraging our quirks! When the first draft came through - we both cried and couldn’t stop reading it over and over, we knew together with Christine we had created something special not just for us but for our friends and family too! Fast forward to the big day and Christine was once again there to steady our nerves and to lead the most wonderful ceremony! When your 91 year old Grandad says it’s the best ceremony he has ever attended and he has been married for 67 years himself you know you’ve hit the jackpot! Christine we will never be able to thank you enough for everything you did! We highly recommend you and hopefully we’ll never do this again…..but if we did we both know who our celebrant would be!   We cannot thank or recommend Christine enough for leading our humanist wedding ceremony! Our original date was in 2020 and Christine stuck with us, even compromising--not in quality-- in doing two weddings on the day to finally see our day through (all whilst ensuring a plan B to put everyone's mind at ease in case of unforeseen circumstances); it truly wouldn't have been the same without her! Our wedding was international and Christine was charismatic, easily understood, and so beautifully captured our love story and shared it with our guests. She coordinated the wedding party, calmed our nerves, and made us and our guests both laugh and cry! She was approachable, kind, and efficient in all the preparations and it was a breeze working with her, as she just got us and what we wanted from our day! We had so many guests who'd never experienced the humanist ceremony come and share how much they loved it, and that it was the BEST ceremony they'd ever been to! We couldn't agree more and are so grateful to have met her and benefited from her talent as such a massive part of our day!   Everything and more! We met Christine back in 2018 after searching for someone to conduct our wedding ceremony, due to it taking place in a garden this is what initially led us to choosing a celebrant rather than registrar. Our plan was to complete the legal aspect at another point in time via the registry office. Prior to booking our wedding we had never heard of a celebrant and to summarise it is the same as a registrar only not legally binding so doesn't have to be in a licenced building like a registrar does, it allows for the freedom of the ceremony to take place anywhere and is less restrictive in the sense that it can be EXACTLY as you want your ceremony, As opposed to the registrar who will be telling you how things will happen and only give limited flexibility on choices about vows etc. We had an initial consultation face to face with Christine who got to know us and our story of how we met. The meeting felt like we were talking to an old friend and we got along immediately. Christine wanted the ceremony to be exactly as we wanted which was by writing our own vows and Christine wrote an introduction speech based upon the information we gave. It was like she had known us for years and was such a personal touch for our guests to hear, the way she writes is beautiful and light hearted! Exactly what we wanted! Christine also helped to organise our guests and musicians on the wedding day, she had everything running so smoothly that even the hotel staff and our wedding co ordinator fed back to us about how brilliant she was! Our close friends and family remarked on how personal and beautiful our ceremony was and all commented on what a kind and amazing person Christine was! Several guests said it was the most beautiful and unique ceremony they had ever attended. Due to our wedding being delayed 2 years because of Covid, Christine kept in touch with us throughout and we had extra meetings as needed, that was 4 years of contact and making sure we still felt like a priority! We are so grateful and thankful to Christine for everything, Christine was more than just a celebrant, she goes above and beyond in every way and we truly cannot thank her enough, we would highly recommend her services and you can thank us later!
