Christie glass did some work for us 2 or 3 years ago, and we had a problem recently. Mark came round, immediately identified that there was an issue with the work that an employee, no longer with the company, had originally done. He apologised and fixed the problem without any question of whether there would be a charge. He and his colleague were charming, polite and efficient. Sometimes things go wrong, and it's about how you handle the situation when they do......impressive service in a world where sadly that is increasingly rare.

If you are lucky enough to get the order within 1 month say thank you. If you are unlucky to be delivered a faulty window than look somewhere else. They don't seem interested at all.
