    Extremely disappointing experience, not one member of staff smiled and made us feel welcome, the drinks order was wrong, we waited 20 minutes for mains and 40 minutes for desserts, totally and utterly disappointed in the whole experience, when questioning the manager, they excused themselves by stating it was busy as it was Father’s Day!!!! We have had good service at Christmas time so why not today! No stars for review, left feeling very annoyed and a total waste of money!

    Very disappointing! Despite the fact that few people were dining service was very poor. Quite offhand attitude! Food was not much better. Gammon was hard and dry and egg hard. Fillet steak was tough! Puddings saved the day but slow to arrive. Altogether a disappointing start to a great evening.

    Called in for breakfast after late night stay at premier inn. All food was only luke warm and looked like it had been there since opening with bacon tough and leathery and beans with skin on top. Fried eggs rubbery . The waitress was so ignorant when clearing out table and surely should have a longer skirt on as we didn't want to see her underwear when she bent down . Overall a disappointing visit
