We were very happy with the service we have received from Simon and the team, we visited the store looking for flooring for our kitchen/diner. We wanted luxury vinyl tiles. Simon spent ages with us sharing his experience of the product and recommended products. He visited our home to measure up and brought a sample of the product to make sure we were happy with it. We had the flooring completed today by Chris who was really friendly and has done a fantastic job our newly renovated kitchen looks amazing.thanks so much!

We recently had new carpets fitted and wooden floors. Excellent service from Christian carpets and would highly recommend them. We had everything measured but didn’t go ahead with the work straight away. They came back 6 months later and measured when we decided. We didn’t feel pressured to buy any products. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They gave us advice and were very patient. They gave us samples to take home to help us decide the colours. The carpet fitters and the joiner they work with were excellent. They helped lifting and disposing of the old carpets at an extra cost but worth it. Very pleased with Simon and his team!

Simon could not have gone anymore above and beyond. I stepped foot in the shop and was greeted by the most pleasant man who could grace the earth. Moving into my first ever home I wanted good quality carpets and the designer look. Simon pinpointed the pros and cons of the carpet I was selecting. He was extremely knowledgable, he put my doubts at ease and showed me around every carpet supplier I had researched. If there is any man on earth you would want to buy carpets from it would be Simon at Christian’s. I dealt with some of his other staff, all friendly polite and well trained. Simon ensured to come out to my home and take precise measurements, he drew a plan and explained all the finer details, things that you may not know as a first time purchaser i.e. Pile Direction. I am the fussiest customer and I know I like things to be picture perfect. I trusted Simon from reviews, I didn’t see any fancy Instagram pictures or a portfolio of work. He had the upmost faith in his fitters. Simon was well aware I wanted perfection as he spent hours with me. I didn’t give up my money for months as I was debating on price. My suggestion is, if you get a quote a couple of hundred pounds cheaper, don’t take it, go with your gut and pay the difference. The product may not differ but the service will and touch wood no issues so far but I have faith Simon would do his absolute best to be amicable and resolve any, it’s in his caring nature. It has been several years since I’ve come across a business who care, who take pride and who want to do the most for their customers. Simon wanted to go that extra mile because he knows how to run a business, one of my best experiences with any trade. Thank you Simon & Team. Big appreciation to Simon & Bob (Fitters) - the most respectful and well mannered gentleman you could ask for. Great carpet fitting expertise, came to my home, listened to how I wanted things to be done, always double checked and most of all took care not to cause any damage. I will continue to use Christian’s Carpets for as long as I know and recommend to friends and family. Thanks once again, you made me a happy customer :)
