Rang 2 weeks before Christmas for a service quote for a hormann roller door. Spoke to a nice enough lady who took my details and I was told an engineer would call me back to arrange a service date - 4 weeks on and I'm still waiting for said call!! I think this says all any prospective customer should need to know about Christchurch Garage Doors and their poor customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Absolute no regard for people using the road. There is one of their vans parked in fairmile road in a cycle lane causing a tale back to foundation roundabout. And no one answering the phone and no email address to contact so only way is to post a review !
