Diabolically failed and let down doesn't even come close, even after raising a formal grievance for negligence and incompetence. Censorship won't allow me to go into detail or speak my mind.

I am absolutely disgusted with this service. Today I received a discharge letter, and on it it said that I am of ‘no significant risk.’ I explained to my clinician how bad my mental health is getting, and that I am 100% a risk to myself. He told me on the phone that my issues were ‘strange’ and didn’t listen to me properly. I have made a complaint and will also be complaining to my gp. Not happy.

Phoned while I was in crisis. The duty nurse told me I was far to distressed to talk to, phone back later once I had calmed down and hung the phone up on me! Also over a year between seeing a psychiatrist when check ups should be every 3-6 months. As useful as a chocolate teapot comes to mind.
