I’m really not sure what the other lower reviews are all about! I have recently purchased a new car and P/X my own from Bob and the team at Christchurch Cars. They were friendly, knowledgeable and 100% reasonable with trade in values. I’ve bought and sold a few cars over the years and this transaction, has to be one of the best/easiest. I’d also like to honourably mention, that Bob’s eye for detail when buying his cars, (in my opinion) is very impressive. They are pristine and almost brand new looking. 10/10. I’ll be seeing Bob again, but just not too soon, as I have fun to have with my new Range!

Can't recommend Christchurch Cars Limited enough! A smooth transaction from start to finish. Having driven 3 hours to view a Citroen C4 Cactus, we were instantly greeted on the forecourt and offered a hot beverage which made us feel welcome right from the start. At no point were we pressured into buying, we were given all the time we needed to view the car, take it out for a test drive and eventually make the decision to buy. With this being only my second car, they helped walked me through everything to ensure it was ready to drive away with on the day. Thanks to the team for making the whole process quick and painless - will definitely be back in the future!

Absolute disgraceful customer relations. Sold us a car that was illegal to be on our UK roads. No ABS brakes or night lights on the dashboard, fully knowing we had a 3 hour drive home, putting us and the general public at risk. We gave them an opportunity to put things right but refused to accept any responsibility stated car was sold as seen and at a good price. Cost me £800 to put things right...so poor excuse not to fix their cars and charge a bit more....not sure they understand statutory rights and common decency and not worth endangering peoples lives to make a profit....am very disappointed to have dealt with this small car company instead of a more reputable dealer, which I certainly will do in the future...expensive lesson learnt....please be aware!!

Worst car garage I’ve been to, tried selling a car that wasn’t road legal with steering issues. Wanted us to pay cash for it and claimed there was nothing wrong with the car and that there wasn’t warranty. AVOID THIS GARAGE Edit in response to the below reply: Yes this is the right garage and no that’s not true. You claimed it had no warranty.

We had a mechanical issue after purchasing a mini from Christchurch Cars. This was all sorted by Bob and his team, they organised a mobile mechanic to sort the problem out. Brilliant customer service and aftercare. I will return to Christchurch Cars if looking to purchase another vehicle. Would highly recommend.
