Christchurch Bathrooms were entrusted with four bathrooms, each with their unique challenges. They all needed a redesign. 2 were in the eves, so height restrictions came in to play, 1 had a floor that needed to be kept in tact and the last, an ensuite was to have 2 rooms made into one, a door blocked and eves to contend with. We went to see them following a recommendation and its fair to say from the very first meeting they were impressive. The initial consultation was all very efficient; Lynn clearly knows her products inside out. We felt immediately that we were dealing with a very professional company. This was borne out in the designs we were presented with at our second meeting, which, incidentally, bear an uncanny likeness to the actual finished bathroom photos, to the point where you really have to check which is which! We were walked through each designs and shown all the products. There were a couple of tweaks and alternative suggestions, but it was clear that each room had been carefully considered and designed to maximise the space we had and to meet the requirements we had specified. The products used were of an equally high standard and complimented one another throughout the house. Alex project managed the installation. We were provided with a start date and timetable and knew who was coming, on what day and in which room they were working. Skips were delivered and changed when full seamlessly. Deliveries were managed and paperwork dealt with. We were kept constantly informed and consulted throughout, but did not have to deal with any hassle or stress. The workmanship and workforce were second to none. They all treated our home with respect and kept noise and mess to a minimum. Furniture and carpets were protected and our house was left tidy every night. They moved around the bathrooms, with trades following each other, to maximise the speed at which progress was made. The products and installation themselves, the tiling, the plastering, the lighting, the painting and carpentry are all finished to an incredibly high standard and the finished result in all four rooms is absolutely stunning. We could not be more happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them. If you are looking at these reviews, considering giving your project to Christchurch Bathrooms, you will not be disappointed you chose them. This is the second time we have used Christchurch Bathrooms; this time it was to supply all the equipment needed to remodel our family bathroom. Lynn, the designer was very patient when I arrived with a list of things I "didn't want" but little idea of what I did! She produced a fab design & coordinated the delivery of everything we needed, including the tiles and all the fixtures and fittings. The quality of the products are first rate, something we already knew from using them several years ago for our shower room, which still looks great. Lynn and Alex provide a friendly, professional service, supplying quality products and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Alex and Lynn were both very professional in their designs, service and dealing with us. No query was too much trouble and the work has been completed to a superb standard. Even though we had come up with basic designs and layouts of our own they had fresh ideas that we hadn't thought about and have transformed our separate bathroom and shower room to look stunning, making maximum use of the confined space they had to work with. Their team were highly skilled, professional, polite, informative, punctual, tidy and easy to work with. They were a pleasure to have in our house.
