Please be aware of the hidden charges detailed in the terms and conditions which I was not made aware of when booking. When I phoned I was quoted £81 for my dishwasher repair plus the cost of any parts needed. Engineer visited and told me I needed a pump which he didn't have and would need to order, which was OK. What wasn't OK was that it was going to cost an additional £45 for him to return to fit it. No mention of this when I booked the repair, BUT...when I questioned this I was told 'it's in the terms and conditions'. DON'T BE CAUGHT OUT LIKE I WAS!
